Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnnHub, a Chrome extension ("AnnHub"). By installing or using AnnHub you agree to these Terms.

1. What AnnHub provides

AnnHub lets you clip selections and whole blocks from the web and take screenshots, keeps them with their source in one local library, and exports them as Markdown. Everything runs in your browser; there is no account, no cloud and no third-party service.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You own what you save. AnnHub keeps it on your own device, and you are responsible for what you save or export. Respect the copyright and terms of the sites you read: save what you are allowed to keep.

3. Third-party content

AnnHub reads pages you choose to save from and, for element screenshots, fetches a page's own images from their site. Those sites' own terms govern their content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use AnnHub to violate laws, platform rules, copyright or other people's rights.
• Do not try to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt or bypass the security controls of AnnHub or the services it connects to.
• Do not save or send sensitive information unless you understand and accept the risk of storing or transmitting it.

5. Exported content

The Markdown ZIP export is meant for reading in other tools. It is not a backup format from which AnnHub's database can be restored; keep your own copies of what matters to you.

6. Pre-release software

AnnHub is currently offered to invited testers. Features may change, break or be removed, and data formats may change between versions. Export what matters to you regularly. The export is not a backup format from which AnnHub's database can be restored.

7. Availability and changes

AnnHub is provided as is. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Changes to browsers, websites or third-party APIs may affect how some features work.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

AnnHub is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunities arising from your use of AnnHub.

10. Termination

You may stop using AnnHub at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension.

11. Privacy

Your use of AnnHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what AnnHub stores on your device and the single outbound request it can make.

• 不得对 AnnHub 或其连接的服务做逆向工程、滥用、破坏或绕过其安全控制。
• 除非你理解并接受保存或传输的风险，不要保存或发送敏感信息。

5. 导出的内容

Markdown ZIP 导出供其他工具阅读。它不是备份格式，不能用它恢复 AnnHub 的数据库；重要的内容请自己留好副本。

6. 预发布软件

AnnHub 目前仅向受邀的测试者提供。功能可能变化、出错或被移除，不同版本之间数据格式也可能变化。请定期导出重要内容；导出文件不是备份格式，不能用它恢复 AnnHub 的数据库。

7. 可用性与变更

AnnHub 按现状提供。我们可能随时更新、更改、暂停或停止某些功能。浏览器、网站或第三方 API 的变化可能影响部分功能。

8. 免责声明

AnnHub 不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用 AnnHub 产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、商业机会的损失，我们不承担责任。

10. 终止

你可以随时停用或卸载扩展来停止使用 AnnHub。

11. 隐私

你对 AnnHub 的使用同时受隐私政策约束，其中说明了 AnnHub 在你的设备上保存什么，以及可选服务何时会收到数据。
